Precoating with VICAFIL TS7101  -  VICAFIL TS 7891 surface result VICAFIL TS 7101 is a environmentally friendly salt coating, containing no boron salts. It performs an even coating, dries quickly and prevents from corrosion as per Borax. VICAFIL TS 7101 can be used after acid cleaning or after mechanical descaling processes, in batch or in line. It provides high drawing performances and can substitute phosphate conversion coatings. VICAFIL TS 7101 is a versatile coating which can be used on both carbon steel and stainless steel wires.

Main applications: tyre-cord (metal reinforcements for pneumatic tyres), saw wire, bead wire, Prestressed Concrete wire, mattress spring wire, etc. Its formulation without Borax ensures:
