Introducing CONDAFORGE: safer forging solutions for workers and for the environment

Committed for many years to responsible performance, CONDAT is taking the lead by supplying the industry more clarity on its eco-designed lubricants offer. CONDAT’S innovative self-scoring Lubriscore® system grants a number of stars to products showing a virtuous profile on life cycle criteria: Raw materials and design / Production / Transport / Use / End of life.

CONDAT eco-designed lubricants are characterized by several benefits and careful attention is paid to the raw materials used in product formulas. In the forging market, it’s about 45% of the range that have been rated as eco-designed through the LUBRISCORE®.

For example, the CONDAFORGE 625 and 635 which received both 2-stars rating on Lubriscore® are graphite and graphite free water–based. These products ensure less fumes in the workshops and reduce fire risks. Ammonia free and odorless, they also provide a friendly working environment with safe operating conditions. Productivity gains and less waste have also been possible thanks to the high performance of CONDAFORGE 625 and 635.
