Fluids, oils, and polymers for heat treatment

CONDAT Group manufactures quenching oils and polymers, tempering fluids, and protection fluids for heat treatments. 

THERMASOL quenching polymers: soluble PVP and PAG quenching fluids recommended for massive-hardening of carbon steels, alloyed and strongly alloyed steels, as well as for surface hardening operations.

THERMA quenching oils: cold, warm and hot quenching oils for batch furnaces, continuous furnaces, vacuum furnaces, and open tanks. Formulated exclusively from highly refined base oils, with synthetic and semi-synthetic additives to increase performance and the resistance to oxidation and cracking.

THERMASOL ARB and ARN tempering fluids: used after quenching to burnish parts. The light oily film remaining on the surface after immersion strengthens the protection against corrosion.

Concentrated additives and QUENCHPACK oils: particularly suitable for distributors wishing to offer a range of quenching oils under a private label or customers wishing to limit their transport costs. Based on the heating process or type of furnace, one lubricant might be more preferable over the others. Contact the CONDAT’s expert, they will assist you in all aspects, including:
