Condoroil: management unit for pickling baths supplied to primary tube manufacturer

Condoroil Stainless has realized, for a primary European company producing welded stainless steel tubes, an automatic management unit for pickling baths.

The unit, that operates on 4 working tanks, is composed by a filtering section, an automatic dosing station of the reagents controlled by redox instruments, a pump for the volumes leveling through recovery of first rinse water, and a thermostatically controlled heating.

Targets that the customer wishes to achieve are:

- Reduction of the manual handling of dangerous substances
- Keeping the baths at a steady activity over the time (important to set the working times)
- Increasing the production capacity (being the bath kept at steady temperature and concentration)
