Aluminium and alloys picklers

DESCAL P 100 > Acid etching agent used on extruded aluminium. Application by spray and dip.

DESCAL P 61 > Acid liquid product, free of nitric acid, suitable to remove the black patina formed on die casting alloys of aluminium, pickled with alkaline solutions.

DESCAL P 62 > Alkaline liquid product with low emission of hydrogen. Suitable for aluminium and its alloys, used to degrease and simultaneously pickle.

DESCAL P 68 > Product to be added to a caustic soda solution to solubilize the aluminium removed during pickling.

DESCAL P 94 > Etching degreasing product for cleaning extruded aluminium before painting. Application by dip.

DESCAL P 95 > Etching degreasing agent to clean extruded aluminium before painting. Application by spray.

DESCAL P 96 > Etching degreasing product free of phosphoric acid, used to clean extruded aluminium before painting. Application by spray.

MIX 51 ADDITIVE > Etching additive for aluminium and galvanized steel to be added to phospodegreasing baths.

Copper and alloys picklers

DECAPANTE 744 P >  Acid liquid product for de oxidation of ferrous, copper and brass material. Free of nitric-hydrochloric, sulphuric acids.

DECAPANTE 744 S > Acid powder product for de oxidation of ferrous, copper and brass material. Free of nitric-hydrochloric, sulphuric and phosphoric acids.

DECAPANTE OT. OX 2010 > Nitric free product for chemical polishing of copper and brass surface.

OX 53 ADDITIVE > Dosed in the sulphuric acid pickling solutions it speeds up the oxide removal and the elimination of cracked oil. Used on brass surfaces it avoids the dezincification and the reddish spots formation.

PICKLING AGENT Z80 - OXIDIZING AGENT OX53 - STABILIZER CU500 > Pickling-brightening and chemical passivation process of copper and brass surfaces with nitric acid free products.


Nickel and alloys picklers

DECAPANTE NI 100 > Nitric and hydrofluoric acid free pickler for Nickel and its alloys. It leaves the surfaces bright and avoid darkening.
