Designed to work with 500 mm, 630 mm, and 710 mm coils and 6, 12, 18, 24 and 30 reel cages, this special strander is able to produce concentric, compacted, straight or pre-spiraled copper or aluminum wire ropes.

JLK is the ideal solution for the production of aerial ropes with round or S, T and Z-shaped wires made of aluminum, zirconium aluminum, and aluminum alloys, copper or aluminum ropes (class 5 flexible bundles, rigid wires for low voltage round or sectoral cables, medium and high voltage) or for the production of Milliken cable sectors. In addition, it can be used for multi-wire copper shielding of medium and high voltage cables.

- cages equipped with support shoulders with NSK bearings, to facilitate transport, installation, and alignment operations;
- welded and normalized steel structure;

- pneumatic opening tailstocks with mechanical safety bolt;
- wire tensioning adjustable directly from the operator panel by means of pneumatic devices (automatic adjustment of the tension to the reel filling);
- speedometer systems for an immediate stop of the line in case of wire breakage;
- double pull capstans with various wheel diameters and pulls, based on the maximum sections of the conductors to be compacted;
- reels loading available in two versions, platform from the bottom or with side trolley, according to your needs;
- portal pay-off and take-up for reels up to Ø4500 mm and 50 tons weight;
- advanced safety systems (CE marking);
- HMI with touch screen panel, projects, data collection, energy consumption monitoring and interchangeable alarms with host computer (possibility of remote assistance).

Optional:

- rotating calenders with two, three and four pairs of rollers for sectoral cables;
- also available in version with mechanical shaft and gearboxes for those who, renouncing to maximum performance, want to contain their investment.
