Proteco about the participation at WIRE & CABLE India

Proteco, a company specializing in the manufacturing of machinery for the production of transposed cables (CTC), attended the WIRE & CABLE India 2016 show which was held in Mumbai on October 5th - 7th. The presence of the Italian exhibitors at the fair was organized by ICE (Italian Institute for Foreign Trade) in cooperation with ACIMAF, with good results in terms of participation of the visitors. In the words of the company's staff: "Compared to our previous participation in the fair, which dates back to 2010, the event was much more dynamic. This is definitely a sign that India is really waking up, after decades of announcements about the impending flourishing of the market." Have you made many concrete contacts? "Yes, and this means that energy savings and efficiency, which are very important for the CTC market, begin to have a significant weight. It's not just about lowering the price of the investments anymore, but also about minding products type, quality and innovative production ways. Proteco has already been working for a long time in India and recently realized some CTC production lines which have strongly moved forward the construction quality targets."
