PS800DTU-S spool winder in action at Düsseldorf

As the wire 2024 trade fair in Düsseldorf approaches, PS Costruzioni Meccaniche is gearing up to showcase its latest innovations in the wire and cable machinery sector. Taking the spotlight is the PS800DTU-S model, a semi-automatic motorized double-headed spool winder.

At booth B23, Hall 10, from April 15 to 19, the company will be offering live demonstrations of the PS800DTU-S production line. Qualified staff will also be on hand to present the full range of available machinery.

PS800DTU-S: features and advantages

The machine is designed for winding spools with diameters ranging from a minimum of Ø 295 to a maximum of Ø 800 mm and works across a wide dimensional range for flexible and round cables, from a minimum of Ø 3 mm to a maximum of Ø 20 mm. The PS800DTU-S also offers several advantages, including automation of key operations and ergonomics for the operator. This system reduces spool changeover times to just 40-45 seconds, thereby increasing overall efficiency.
