Spools diameter: min 120 – max 200 mm
Spool height: min 40 – max 110 mm
Coil diameter: inner 100 mm / outer 200 mm
Insulated flexible cables diameter: min 3 – max 8,5 mm.
Insulated solid cables diameter: max 4 mm.
Flat cables diameter: min 9 mm. X 4,5 mm – max 13 mm. X 7 mm.
Product: coils/spools from 5 up to 100 meters long or more, according to the cable diameter

PRODUCTION

It depends on your cable type to be wound onto coil or spool. However the average production is approximately:

-    3 / 4 coils/spools 100 mt. long per minute, according to the cable diameter
-    2 / 3 coils/spools 152 mt. long per minute, according to the cable diameter
