Single twist lines

Highly dynamic and compact, single twist bunching machine for the production of extremely flexible and high performance multicore cables.
The heavy steel structure and the light alloy rotor ensure excellent stability, shock absorption, and twisting precision to achieve the highest performances. The innovative wire-guide, for precise cable deposition, is made by an alloy wide ring traversing across the reel, ensuring a balanced and compact system. The collecting reel is clamped by a two-tailstocks system supporting the most common reels, even with small center-holes diameter. Reel loading and unloading is simple thanks to a driven lifting platform equipped with pre-set stop positions.

The machine is protected by a soundproof steel cabinet with a sliding door and inspection window.
The fully digital control system executes the most precise twisting lay-length, additionally adjusted through a contactless metercounter feedback signal. The machine is suitable to be put in line with the WTM’s high speed concentric backtwist feeders, interfaced by field-bus communication to its central control unit with color touchscreen display.
