Systems for heat treatment

WTM furnaces are designed for in-line or off-line wire and cable thermal treatment. An advanced sintering/sealing process suitable for PTFE, Polyimide, FEP, silicon and other insulating materials, obtained by means of:

• radiant ovens;
• infrared furnaces with ceramic radiating elements or high frequency lamps;
• molten salt bath furnace suitable for single as well as multiwire treatment;

WTM supplies systems completed by induction pre-heaters, suitable for in-line conductor pre-heating, and in-line cooling systems, by water and/or air.

Details:

• possibility of traversing movement during start/stop phases;
• exhaust hood ready to be connected to main aspiration pipes;
• temperature control in different separate zones;
• pyrometer for feedback of temperature control;
• possibility to be equipped with pre-heating system;
• digital electronic control system with possibility of connecting to the internal network and to internet for remote assistance;
