The innovative system for the production of large silos consists of:

- complete uncoiling unit, optionally equipped with a hydraulic tilting device, which uncoils the sheet metal from the initial coil and correctly positions it for the next processing step. The hydraulic tilting device facilitates the safe and efficient loading and unloading of the coil.
- vertical bending machine with 3 or 7 rolls, which bends the flat sheet into the required cylindrical shape for the silo. The choice between 3 or 7 rolls depends on the sheet thickness. The 7-roll machine, with the first 4 rolls acting as a leveler (to eliminate coil memory), is typically used for thicknesses of 8 mm and above.
- vertical clamping table with vertical sheet cutting, where the sheet is secured vertically and cut to the exact size for silo formation. The cutting is performed vertically using Plasma cutting, ensuring a precise joining of the sheet ends.
- vertical clamping table with vertical sheet welding, where the sheet is again secured vertically for welding the ends. Customers can choose the type of welding, whether TIG, MIG, or Plasma. Vertical welding ensures a solid and durable joint.
- internal and external weld cleaning/brushing unit, which cleans and brushes the joint between the two welded edges both internally and externally, removing any slag and imperfections. This step is crucial for ensuring both the aesthetic and functional finish.
