Is this your first time participating in these trade shows?
As a dedicated participant in the metal forming industry, we make it a priority to attend the most prominent trade shows worldwide. What are your goals for these trade shows?
When it comes to participating in trade shows across the globe, there are several key objectives that our team strives to accomplish. Primarily, we seek to cultivate brand awareness among audiences who may not yet be familiar with our organization. We highlight the strength of our group and showcase the top-tier brands we represent, FACCIN, BOLDRINI, AND ROUNDO. These trade shows offer us the opportunity to exhibit our latest developments and innovations. Every year, we come up with fresh features that pave the way for our clients to succeed in their respective markets and industries. We are dedicated to providing top-of-the-line equipment that significantly improves performance while simultaneously reducing energy and production costs. Our emphasis on improving performance and decreasing energy costs proves our commitment to engineering excellence and sustainability. Who will be present from the company's team?
The most important trade shows are scheduled close to each other this year; as a result, we have taken the decision to allocate our teams so that the company will be well-represented at each event. What’s more, our management team, comprising the CEO, Service Engineer Director, and Head of Sales for both America and EMEA regions, will divide its efforts to participate actively and uphold our professional approach at all times.

What are your expectations?
Trade shows provide an exceptional platform for closing sales and securing contracts, as well as generating qualified leads for future business. We conduct thorough commercial prospecting to expand our database and it is a great opportunity to be in contact with our extensive network of distributors and agents, ultimately positioning our organization for continued growth and success.

Which technologies are you going to showcase?
This year we are going to showcase a diverse range of rolling, forming, and bending solutions tailored to each trade show. Along with that, all our brands and wide portfolio will be represented, including plate rolls, electric-drive plate rolls, angle rolls, dishing lines and integrated solutions for industries, such as onshore and offshore wind, oil & gas, shipbuilding, and aerospace. Additionally, all machines on showcase will feature our newly upgraded Siemens CNC - the PGS-Absolute™, the recently launched laser-based plate roll measurement system, the Eyebend™, and the Advanced Hydraulic Package System:
The Siemens CNC - the PGS-Absolute™ comes with powerful machine axis controls, new features, more functionalities, and a user-friendly interface. It comes with graphic real-time simulation, including complex shapes, and automatic re-alignment for conical plates.

The Eyebend™ has been designed to quickly, and accurately, calculate the developing plate radius during the rolling process. This precise and contactless measuring technology provides real-time feedback and radius self-correction through the CNC control.
