Faccin ASI, 3HEL, and HAV bending rolls

Faccin Group designs and manufactures a variety of 3-roll bending machines suitable for bending plates of different thicknesses. The ASI and 3HEL models are specific for bending thin sheets, while HAV is more suitable for thicker plates.

Faccin HAV bending machine
HAV is Faccin's 3-roll variable geometry bender ideal for those who are looking for a high-precision machine with top-level performance for medium and heavy-duty machining: indeed, the HAV is the perfect solution for processing sheet metal up to 300 mm thickness.

Each HAV electronic 3-roll variable-axis bending machine is equipped with an EPS system for synchronized electronic control of roll parallelism and features a quick and handy pre-bending stage that keeps the plate always parallel to the ground.

Faccin 3HEL bending machine
3HEL is a pyramidal linear guide bender and the latest innovation of traditional 3-roll bending machines with double pinch. The machinery is equipped with 3 rolls driven by independent hydraulic gear motors and has an MCS multi-bearing system to absorb the weight of loads.

The 3HEL is particularly suitable for bending plates with a thickness ranging from 3 to 30 mm and a length from a minimum of 1500 to a maximum of 4000 mm.

Faccin ASI bending machine
The 3-roll bender of the ASI series is an asymmetrical initial pinch machine suitable for bending thin sheets (1 to 9 mm) with a width range from 1000 to 3000 mm.

The special asymmetric geometry guarantees ideal traction and flawless sheet stability. The ASI is particularly optimal for processing tube and profile rolls, thanks to the shaft extensions equipped on the machine.
