Boldrini RIBO flanging machine
The RIBO is the Boldrini's machine model especially designed for large dished and flanged ends. This machine can process a dimensional range from 2 to 80 mm thick (cold-forming) or up to 200 mm (hot-forming).

When processing cones, Boldrini recommends its special flanging machine with a maximum attainable diameter of 12,000 mm (horizontal axis) and 7,000 mm in length  - with no diameter limit when edged in a tilted position.

Most of the large dished and flanged ends manufactured in the world are produced with Boldrini flanging machines.

Faccin BF hydraulic flanging machine
The BF model is a state-of-the-art hydraulic and automatic CNC machine suitable both for heads with or without a center hole and for thicknesses up to a maximum of 50 mm in cold forming.

It features an electro-welded "C" structure and forged alloy steel rolls, capable of ensuring durable performances. The machine, protected with safety valves to prevent overloading, is completely hydraulically driven and is easy to operate thanks to the standard configuration with an automatic working cycle.
