Designed specifically to meet every production requirement of the shipbuilding and aerospace industries, Faccin's RP - Roll Press - special benders combine the production speed of a bending press with the versatility offered by a press brake in a single product.

The RP bending roll is optimal both for bending large, heavy plates with widths exceeding 20 m and for processing plates of extreme hardness. In addition, the tilting independent rolls can bend conical and asymmetrical parts, which are common in marine structures such as ship hulls.

The machinery can be configured in two different modes as needed: “bending roll” and “press” configuration. The rolls are also equipped with an anti-deflection system that ensures finished product tolerances without compromising maximum processable thicknesses.
