Faccin R series levelling machine

Faccin designs and manufactures special machines that can be customized according to specific production requirements, including the R series plate levelling machine.

These levellers are equipped with an electro-welded steel frame and heat-treated alloy rolls that ensure strength and reliability. There are 5/7/9 rolls in each machine, in addition to a pair of motorized rolls that facilitate the feeding.

The top rolls are independently adjustable vertically while the lower rolls are motorised independently, all managed by a specific control panel. Thanks to the anti-flexure system located on the lower rolls, it’s possible to ensure maximum tolerances even in the crosswise direction of the plate. The R series is capable of processing metal plates of any length, up to 4 m wide and up to 70 mm thick.
