Faspar and the Simic Group: innovation and continuity for the future

Faspar S.p.A., a key player in the design and construction of sheet metal processing lines, has officially embarked on a new chapter as part of the Simic Group. The acquisition, finalized in 2023, has strengthen Faspar’s international presence, enabling it to expand its range of solutions by leveraging Simic’s expertise and financial stability.

Faspar: over 50 years of experience in sheet metal processing

Founded in 1966 as Fasani & Parini, Faspar began by producing tools for sheet metal punching and blanking. Over the years, it has expanded its portfolio, specializing in the design and manufacture of complete coil processing lines. With more than 300 installations worldwide, Faspar is now an industry benchmark, providing customized solutions for cutting, leveling, surface finishing, and packaging of flat products made from both ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Simic: an industrial group with a global vision

Simic is an Italy-based company founded in 1975, operating across various industrial sectors, including Oil & Gas, chemical and petrochemical, nuclear, aerospace, and renewable energy. With production facilities in Italy and a global presence, Simic specializes in the design and production of high-tech processing lines, precision mechanical components, and the assembly of complex industrial plants.

Faspar’s integration into the Simic Group marks a strategic opportunity for both companies: on one hand, Simic can expand its technological portfolio in the sheet metal processing sector; on the other, Faspar can rely on a solid foundation to strengthen its international presence and enter new markets.

Continuity and growth: Faspar looks ahead

The corporate transition doesn’t change Faspar's mission, as the company will continue to provide tailor-made solutions for processing stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and other materials, ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.

Faspar after-sales service will remain a key pillar, providing customers with technical assistance, spare parts supply, revamping activities, and technological upgrades—for both Faspar and third-party machinery.
