Coil-to-coil and sheet-to-sheet finishing lines

FASPAR designs and manufactures latest-generation, highly-customizable finishing lines, displaying the newest solutions in brushing, polishing, and grinding both coil-to-coil and sheet-to-sheet. The machines composing the lines are complete with interchangeable rollers and belts.

FASPAR designs unique modern-operator, maintenance-friendly systems for all kinds of finishings, from scotch brite, to true mirror, hair line, cork, etc. FASPAR is able to supply the complete surface finishing lines for grinding, polishing, and brushing, including reels, cars, loading and unloading units for sheets, PVC coating machines, zero-cut PVC machines for sheets, surface cleaning systems, entry and exit roller conveyors, tensioning system, straightener, centering units and other types of handling equipment, gauging and inspection systems and maintenance special tools.

These lines are fully automatic and equipped with wide grinding belts and/or abrasive brushing rollers.

THE NEWBORN POLISHING MACHINE

Main features are:

- quick billy-roll and working roll changing system;
- electronic control system of the sanding belt;
- coil tail and head polishing without welding machine;
- adjustable belt length to be able to use all the belts size available on the market;
- easy maintenance and access to all wearing parts, including the oscillating system.

Each line and machine can be customized in order to meet any possible customer’s requirement.

Main technical data of the surface finishing lines:

- width from 300 to 2200 mm;
- thickness from 0.30 to 15 mm;
- coil capacity from 5 to 40 tons;
- speed up to 100 m/min.
