Leveling and cut-to-length lines for sheet metal

As a leader in the production of coil processing equipment, FASPAR also manufactures leveling and cut-to-length lines to cut coils into sheets.

The leveling and cut-to-length lines can manage a wide range of materials, such as carbon, electric and stainless steel, tinplate, aluminum, copper, and non-ferrous metals.

Such lines can handle up to 200 metal sheets per minute, and work on widths from 300 to 2800 mm and thicknesses from 0.12 to 15 mm.

FASPAR plants can be equipped with different kinds of shears (drum, rotary, flying, etc.) and stackers (air cushions, bomb doors, magnetic, vacuum, etc.). They can be customized with optional devices, such as trimming shears, paper recoilers, paper and PVC applicators, centering units, as well as gauging and control devices.
