Discover the leveling technology of the future at EuroBlech 2024

FIMIGroup is excited to announce its participation in EuroBLECH 2024, the world’s largest exhibition for sheet metal working technologies. The fair will be held at the Hannover Exhibition Grounds in Germany from October 22 to 25, and FIMIGroup will exhibit at hall 17, booth E100.

EuroBLECH will be an excellent opportunity to discover the new leveling and cut-to-length line for UHSS (ultra-high-strength steel) developed by FIMI and installed at Tata Steel Nederland, along with all the latest innovations that the technical/sales team will gladly present.

With the commissioning of this new line, high-tensile coils can be processed even faster and with greater accuracy. Furthermore, the line can handle particularly demanding challenges across a wide variety of applications: for example, it can process coils weighing up to 40 tons and a yield strength of up to 1600 N/mm² (across the full thickness range), with the highest hardness levels available, in widths of up to 2150 mm and thicknesses from 1.5 mm up to 13 mm, running up to 40 m/min.

Thanks to the features implemented by FIMI, this line is the most powerful machine currently on the market for processing ultra-high tensile and yield strength material at high thicknesses.
