Automatic lines for coils and/or slit sub-coils of ferrous and/or non-ferrous material
Coil and sub-coil packaging solutions designed to customer requirements to guarantee maximum productivity. Different types are available such as: slit coil downender for aluminium, single coil or coil pile radial strapping machines, eye-to-sky slit coil pick-up (by magnets or by vacuum lifter). The line is completed by complementary devices such as

• fully automatic circumferential strapping machine;
• turnstile slit coil transfer;
• turnstile stacking station;
• robot for positioning wooden sticks in between coils;
• stacking station with automatic strapping and wrapping.

Lines for sheared and stacked packs of sheets
Stacking platforms designed for carbon steel, stainless steel or aluminum sheets, with or without pallets. They guarantee safe handling of the finished product. The line can be equipped with several complementary devices such as:

• pallet feeding on rear of the magnetic stacker;
• automatic wrapping machine;
• automatic pallet insertion under the sheet stack;
• automatic wooden stocks insertion and transversal strapping;
• automatic sheet-packs piling.
