The Spline Tech series developed by EVIRT Italia enhances the benefits of Smart rolling through an innovative system that rigidly couples spindles and brushless motors, ensuring the workpiece is always at the center of the working area. This guarantees perfect symmetry of cylinder movements, resulting in a significantly higher quality final product.

The Spline Tech series is compatible with any automation system and allows up to 5 different tool sets with various splines and/or teeth to be managed on the same shaft. The process can be continuously monitored via CNC control and the integrated EVIRT comfort-HMI calculation system, enabling real-time analysis of rolling numbers and force, increasing traceability, and reducing setup change times.

In addition to standard rolling, EVIRT Italia's Spline Tech series also offers two advanced operating modes that further expand its capabilities: incremental rolling (single-pass), ideal for machining complex profiles in a single cycle; and "through-feed" rolling, designed for rolling profiles on hollow shafts, allowing the processing of profiles longer than the tool thickness through axial movement of the workpiece.
