OMC, founded in 1988, specializes in the production of special machines for the fasteners and bolts industry, with a strong focus on the automotive sector. “We strongly believe that specialization is necessary to make a difference," states the corporate website. In less than a decade, OMC has relocated its headquarters and production facility to a larger plant, proving to be on the right path to success.

In 2010, the Wirelombardia brand was created to support international business development. In 2017, the two companies merged into a single entity: OMC-Wirelombardia, bringing together the enterprises of Gilberto Corti and his children Michele, Roberta, and Raul under one name.
