ORT exhibiting at EMO show in Hannover

ORT Italia, as the world's leading manufacturer of profile rolling machines, will also participate in this year's EMO exhibition in Hannover from September 18 to 24.

The Italy-based company demonstrates its continuous alignment with industry innovations through the renewal of its rolling machine models, an extensive range (up to 150 tons), utilization of advanced technologies, and the development of increasingly innovative integrated automation solutions. ORT Italia offers machines with single, double, or triple movable slides, as well as special machines such as flanging, pinching, and lapping machines.

The company's staff will present the RP18 CNC and 3RP24 CNC model machines with a fresh and captivating restyling of their bases and casings.

The RP18 CNC machine features:
- a single moving slide;
- rolling force up to 18 tons;
- total process control over the production cycle;
- and it's also suitable for worm screws, automotive fasteners, aerospace industry products, knurls etc.

The 3RP24 CNC machine features:
- a triple movable slide;
- rolling force up to 24 tons;
- Energy Saving hydraulic system;
- complete process production control;
- and it's recommended for hollow parts for the automotive and aerospace industry, oil & gas long bars, and tubes rolling for construction industry.
