Rolling machines for splined shafts, knurled parts and indentations

The rolling process can be used for the processing of splined shafts, knurled parts and indentations: these machines have been developed to optimize the processing of this types of product. 

To guarantee the precision and repeatability of the process, these machines are made in the double slide version only, with servomotors and PLC and all have a motorized tailstock to support the workpiece and its position between the dies. Thanks to the tailstock and the spindles made to accommodate multiple die in sequence with these rolling machines you can also perform multiple machining operations.
