Three dies thread rolling machines 3RP

These machines are the result of the need to roll perforated parts such as nipples, fittings and pipes. They are also suitable for threaded bars and bar segments processing. They have the advantage of not requiring any workpiece support (workpiece axis and machine axis in any working condition) and to have an ideal distribution of the work force on three points.

These rolling machines can be produced in two versions: - "COMFORT": the more traditional ORT versions characterized by simplicity, reliability and economy. - "EVO": the new generation machines characterized by a new extremely rigid and compact structure. They can be equipped with a series of innovative technical solutions for the reduction of format changes ("automatic head tilt adjustment"; automatic phase search) rollers and "Energy Saving").

All these rolling machines can be supplied in "C" version with mechanical gearbox, Inverter and PLC or in "CN" version with servomotors, planetary gearboxes and PLC.

They are all universal machines that can work both by pass (thanks to the possibility of tilting the roller-holder spindles) and by plunge.
