Sacma Group: a world premiere demo at wire 2018

Sacma Group motto is to constantly provide the most reliable and competitive range of machines to their own customer in a market regularly evolving.

Sacma Group will welcome all of those who are part of the forming world to the exhibition dedicated to Mr. Giancarlo Rampezzotti.
The stand will show the most important innovations, both already on the market or soon to come, that have been launched by Sacma and Ingramatic.
Sacma will exhibite the progressive header model SP270-WF300°, as a lighter version and alternative of the fully integrated warm forming machines.

The group will showcase the new S-Transfer unit, now joined with the S-Feed wire feeder, explaining the concept and the features which are the result of the synergy with Ingramatic in the application of servomotors for different functions. The S-Transfer will be progressively introduced in the Sacma headers.

Customers will be also able to see the the new 6 dies combined headers model SP59 and SP59-C, 24 mm wire cut off, DKO 180 and 110 mm, which are able to produce more complicated threaded parts and still maintaining the performances of the progressive headers.

Ingramatic, part of Sacma Group, is a global leading company that designs and manufactures thread rolling machines.

In addition to a demo with the large thread rolling machine model RP820 (TR8/W60), Ingramatic will treat visitors with a world premiere by showing the smallest threader inspired by the I-Thread concept, the model RP020 for the high-speed production of very precise miniature screws.
