SACMA Group to introduce new models at Fastener Fair USA

SACMA Group is glad to announce its participation at Fastener Fair Cleveland, to be held in the US on April 11 and 12. The two sisters companies, SACMA and INGRAMATIC, will be present at the exhibition at booth #318, in the section Machinery and Tooling. SACMA will introduce some new models such as the large combined headers SP59-C and SP59. These machines determine maximum efficiency and quality in the manufacturing process of standard fasteners and special automotive fasteners, because they supply the finished product. SACMA Combined headers maintain all the mechanical and performance qualities of progressive headers, from which they derive. The heading station is exactly the same as on the progressive headers. It is therefore possible to make the quick changeover as on the progressive headers and make different parts than bolts and screws such as net shape parts. This demonstrates the innovative real modular system making the well-earned reputation of versatility, quality, precision, reliability and longevity providing the best value for the investment. The large number of combined headers yearly installed in USA and worldwide is the best demonstration of these successful high performance machines. In addition SACMA will present all the newest features available in its “Winning Technologies®” label such as the patented Servo drive wire feeder “S-Feed” driven by servomotor, the new ready Industry 4.0 machines, the new QTC package for the quick changeover and the new motorized version M with the fully motorized adjustment of the machine.
