SACMA Group’s innovative Micro-Threader on display at MF-Tokyo

MF-Tokyo, reference tradeshow for metal forming machinery to be held from July 31 to August 3, is just around the corner and SACMA Group is ready to rock.

During the exhibit, the company will showcase its Micro-Threader Mod. RP020, W00/W000 die sizes, a revolutionary machinery for the high-speed production of very precise miniature screws, inspired by the I-Thread concept.

Equipped with the latest technologies available on the market, this machine combines an innovative tool holder with a feeding system driven by a torque motor for an ultra-precise introduction of the miniature blanks into the dies; while a slide body running on linear guides (with ball circulation skates) is used to ensure high accuracy for rolling operations.
