Saspi’s rolling machine and second-operation solutions on display at Fastener Fair Global

In less than a month, Fastener Fair Global, the international flagship event for the fastener and fixing industry, will take place in Stuttgart. Hundreds of exhibitors are expected to attend the show, including Saspi, a specialist manufacturer of machines for fastener production.

At stand 1184, Saspi’s experts will showcase two of the company’s most distinctive solutions: GV01 and MPA14CL.

GV01 is a thread-rolling machine running on flat dies. It is specifically designed for flat die processing and can reach a maximum speed of 700 p/min. With a weight of 2200 kg and 7.5 Kw of power, this cold-rolling machine is equipped with a technologically advanced touch panel for easy and quick setups.

Among the secondary operation machinery is MPA14CL, an automatic pointing machine for fixing parts facing and chamfering. It can process fasteners with a diameter range from 2 mm to 14 mm and reach a speed of 200 p/min. Its durability and precision make MPA14CL the perfect ally to improve the production capacity and quality of the final product.

This is not Saspi’s first time at the trade fair: back in 2017, the company had already attended the show. Thanks to the positive results received at wire Düsseldorf 2022, Saspi also considers this German trade show a must-attend exhibition.
