Tecnopress presents: TP 20 SM motorized pre-straightening unwinder

Tecnopress presents the new “TP 20 SM motorized pre-straightening unwinder”. EASY HANDLING AND MOVING OF 3-TONNE, 10MM-21MM DIAMETER WIRE COILS - The machine is 100% self-operating and can be easily and rapidly installed. - It is easy to maintain and no specific skills or equipment is required. - No more heavy tasks are required by operators in the normal pulling of the wire and all resultant dangers to employee health and safety (workload) have been removed, along with the risk of being injured when the wire snaps. - The height of unwinding can be easily adjusted using the electrical command: the device can therefore be used with any single-body infeed wire unit or press. LOW COST + HIGH QUALITY - The coil sits upright in the unwinder. This position was chosen because experts in the field believe it to be the most natural way to pull undrawn coils of wire rod: • No machine stoppage costs due to wire crossing as happens when coils are placed horizontally. • Coils of any size or weight can be unwound in the smallest of spaces and with limited force required. - It takes only a few minutes to insert the wire automatically into the press with the help of just one operator. - The end section of the wire is straightened and pressed instead of being scrapped, making better use of raw materials. - Immediate savings are possible due to the time saved on fewer and more simplified operations and no more scapped wire. No heavy force required - Quick steps – Total operator safety CONTROLS » The machine-mounted control panels have electrical commands grouped in sections to make it easier to operate the machine effectively: - Main on/off switch - Start/stop/emergency buttons - Wire forward-back button - Raise-lower column button to adjust unwinding height. » A system of control levers makes it easy to attach the end-of-coil straightening unit to the wire in just a few seconds, whilst operators work in total safety thanks to specially designed safety guards.
