Asahi Seiki Manufacturing at the wire fair: 2 torsion spring forming solutions to look forward to

Asahi Seiki Manufacturing is glad to announce its participation at the wire & Tube show, to be held in Düsseldorf from June 20 to 24.

As an expert designer and producer of high-precision spring forming machines, Asahi-Seiki wouldn’t miss the chance to showcase its technology at the most relevant trade show for the wire field.

At booth D23 / hall 13, the company will spotlight its latest innovations, namely the torsion spring forming machines for steel and copper.

T series - CNC spring formers
This series is suitable for both simple shapes and complex 3D forming. The multi-axis T2 model, featuring a compact design is ideal for thinner wires (ø0.6 mm - 2 mm), while the multi-axis T4 model, thanks to sturdier structure and more powerful servo motors, can accommodate thicker wires (ø 1 mm - 4 mm).

xEV copper torsion machines
Do you need a machine that can easily make copper wire prototypes? Do you need xEV parts production capabilities? These machines offer several key features to cover copper part production: the TRES Universal Unit, which incorporates the solution for forming a stable bending angle; the possibility to position the optional units and forming tools to suit your production; the use of a linear motion slide, which enables a variety of forming capabilities (coiling, bending, and cutting), all while using fewer tools.
