Baudrand New Tech to present its spring and wire forming machine in a new video

With over 30 years of experience in the supplying of spring coiling and wire form bending machines, Baudrand New Tech is glad to present a new video series, showcasing the wide range of applications of its products.

The first video focuses on the CR 23, a spring and wire forming machine that can perform wire forming, as well as manufacturing of extension springs, single and double torsion springs, and special compression springs.

The machine features a system to move the coiling finger from left to right, allowing pre-tension control and bending perpendicular to the direction of the slide onto which the system is mounted. It can operate several spinners, which are powered by one or two independent motors. This last configuration allows the operator to generate more than one coiling radius with the same tool set. The machine can be equipped with a system to stop precisely the spinners upon touching the wire bent.

Other options like one end chamfering, welding, wire threading, and strip punching are available on the CR range of multislide machines.
