The springs manufacturer ‘OMD’ opens exceptionally its doors for an exhibition, sponsored by BAUDRAND NEW TECH and Mr. Roberto Mazzola.

Next October 3-4-5, 2019

5 machines in production will be presented:

Spring production:
ES 23: 8 axis former, for spring wires up to 2.3 mm
CR 23: 11-16 axis former, for spring wires up to 2.3 mm
ES 35-5A: 5 axis former, for spring wires up to 3.5 mm,
fitted with transfert for extension springs hooking
CR 45: 12-16 axis former, for spring wires up to 5.0 mm, with never ever shown features

Wire forming:
WB 100-8A: 8 axis single head wire forming machine, for soft wires up to 10.0 mm

Additional exhibits:
1-axis CNC wire feeder
Feeding assistant to be mounted onto existing equipment
Manual spring coiler
Hook devices for extension springs
