11 - 16 axes CNC springs forming machine - CR 23

BAUDRAND NEW TECH offers a comprehensive range of CNC controlled coilers and benders. All of them are using industrial computers to produce compression, torsion, extension, double-torsion springs.

Springs former type CR 23 - Ø 0,3 (0,5) - 2,3 mm (11 - 16 axes).

Capacity: 0,3 – 2,3 mm (0,5 – 2,3 mm in case of use of wire rotation).
Axes: 11, expandable to 16 (wire feeding, wire rotation, quill rotation, one motor per slide * 8, 1 or 2 motors per spinner, according to its type).
Rated power: as per the configuration – one slide: 0,85 kw (x 8), feeding: 3,0 kw, wire rotation: 3,0 kw, quill rotation: 0,4 kw, spinner: 0,4kw (0,8 kw if double-shaft spinner). Max total power: 15,2 kw. 
Wire feeding rate: 0 – 100 m/mn.
