Wire bender type WFC 120 Ø 6,0 - 12,0 mm (5 axes + hydraulics).


Capacity: Ø 6,0 - 12,0 mm (Rm = 600 daN/mm2); Ø 4,0 - 8,0 mm (Rm = 1600 daN/mm2).
Axes: 5 (wire rotation, alimentation of wire lenghts after cutting, bending head L/R movement, bending head U/D movement, bending head rotation).
Rated power: 30 kw.
Wire feeding rate: 0 - 60 m/mn.

The WFC 120 is a production center able to produce headrest armatures. It is made of a motorized decoiler linked to a CNC wire feeding and cutting system, bringing cut-to-length bars to a transfert station, which champfers both ends, and brings the bars to motorized jaws. The jaws forward it to a triple bending head.
