New entry for Pasquali Trading: 6-axes spring coiling machine

Pasquali Trading, a specialist in the sale and service of CNC machines for wire, tube, and strip, has recently added an innovative spring coiler to its product portfolio.

The new product, model SHA-6300, features 6 axes with 8 pairs of rollers and Japanese Yaskawa motors. The model is also equipped with independent slides to facilitate the programming and production of right and left hand springs, as well as simple torsion parts.

The spring coiler SHA-6300 can meet a large number of production needs: processing steel wire from ø18 mm to ø30 mm, this model is ideal for the coiling of springs up to an external diameter of 350 mm. Moreover, it complies with the requirements of Industry 4.0 and features a series of accessories that allow easy man-machine interaction, such as touch screen panels and highly intuitive control software.
