Pasquali Trading to expand its product portfolio: 3 new spring end grinding machines

Today Pasquali Trading has expanded its product portfolio with three new versions of CNC spring end grinding machines: G-660, G-915 and G-450 by Primera Precision.

The G-450 model is designed for smaller springs, below are some details:
- wire diameter: from 2 to 8 mm;
- spring length: from 15 to 300 mm;
- grinding speed: 1000 rpm;
- weight: 5000 Kg.

Some of the main features of the G-660 model:
- wire diameter: from 4 to 10 mm;
- spring length: from 30 to 320 mm;
- grinding speed: 1000 rpm;
- weight: 6000 Kg.

The G-915 model is instead designed for larger springs:
- wire diameter: from 5 to 20 mm;
- spring length: from 50 to 420 mm;
- grinding speed: 820 rpm;
- weight: 9000 Kg.

The spring end grinders sold by Pasquali Trading have a 2-year warranty and are equipped with Japan Yaskawa touch screens and motors. They also feature an auto length check after grinding.
