The E-FLEX Wire Bender is an automatic single-head, all-electric CNC wire bending machine that can perform wire bending operations from the simplest to the most complex. The E-FLEX is equipped with two clockwise and counterclockwise bending turrets. It is ideal for three-dimensional bending and flexible to handle both low and high volume production. The unit allows for multiple bends on the same part within the same cycle. One of the most prominent features is that the E-FLEX automatically and safely corrects the program by searching for prior bends that could interfere with the bending sequence. The unit comes with 3D visual graphic programming
(VGP3D) for operator ease and visual monitoring.
