Grinding lines for pipes, bars, square and rectangular profiles

Bossi Srl designs and develops grinding and polishing lines for tubes, bars, square and rectangular profiles.

These are extremely versatile and flexible machines that can process different metal materials (stainless steel, iron, aluminum, copper, brass, and others). Based on the set cutting speed and various types of abrasive belts and brushes, it is possible to obtain different degrees of finish. The base and the structure are made of steel, suitably sized, in order to guarantee stability and no damaging vibrations.

RSP 400/3000
This model performs wet or dry grinding by means of abrasive belt working units.


SPP 400
Equipped with dry brushing units (through the use of flap wheels, tynex brushes, or steel wire brushes), or dry cleaning and polishing equipment (through sisal or cotton mops with the addition of solid or liquid abrasive paste). Also available in the combined version featuring abrasive belts, brushes and planetary equipment (ideal for deburring flat sheared, laser-cut, or water-cut parts).

Wide working range including thicknesses between 0,5 and 300 mm and lengths between 10 mm and 8 m. As far as the width of the loading belt is concerned, models of 150, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mm are available.
