Planetary brushing machines for round tubes

Bossi manufactures a wide range of brushing machines for processing round surfaces in any metal material (generally speaking stainless-steel tubes). Available in various models based on the diameters and feed speeds, these machines can be installed in-line on tube mills or used as stand-alone units with the application of automatic systems for loading and unloading pieces, as well as roller conveyors.

PL Series
Equipped with two brushes (flap wheels, or Scotch-Brite or Tynex mops), these brushing machines offer maximum performance with overall compact dimensions. The rotation speed of the drum and/or brushes can be adjusted through an inverter. Suitable for dry machining. These models can be installed on both TIG and LASER welding systems. On request, they can be supplied with PLC controls.

SP Series
Designed to be installed on H.F. and LASER welding lines, for working at high speeds (up to 100 m/min.) and high working pressures. They guarantee perfect stability and soundproofing. They are also equipped with two large brushes (lamellar, Scotch-Brite or Tynex mops), with peripheral speed adjustable by inverter. Dry machining is managed through PLC S7.
