Grinding machines
The company has a wide catalog of grinding solutions on offer: lipping machines with rotary table for ball valve edges, equipment for grinding the internal sides of ingot molds, grinding equipment for IPE and T-profiles, belt grinders for lathes, grinders for titanium bars or for the simultaneous processing of the two opposite sides of sheet metal strips. Rotary tables for grinding and polishing pieces of different shapes and sizes are also available.

Brushing machines
Bossi's technical staff know how to create the perfect brushing system for any type of product or profile. The company’s catalog includes brushing systems for stainless steel square sections, special in-line brushing units, as well as in-line brushing machines with two opposing units for sheet metal. The wide selection of models allows Bossi to satisfy any production requirement in the most various fields of application.

Superfinishing machines
These machines are designed for microfinishing and lapping operations on steel surfaces, before or after chrome plating. They can be installed either on motorized needle roller feed systems, downstream of a round grinding machine, or on a lathe fitted on the opposite side of the tool turret. Thanks to the technology implemented by Bossi it is possible to obtain roughness lower than 0.05 Ra.
