Tube bead grinders for TIG and LASER tube welding lines

The STP series tube bead grinders by Bossi are the result of years of research and experience in the field, designed to grind the external weld seam of stainless-steel tubes on tube-mills with TIG and LASER welding systems.

Technical features:

• adjustable working pressure;
• new washing system inside the base reduces cleaning times;
• new abrasive belt tensioning system;
• suitable for both wet or dry grinding.

The STP 3000/150/170 coaxial tube bead grinder is the most successful model, with over 500 units sold worldwide. The machine is also available with a stainless-steel design, featuring up to 95% of components in stainless steel (at customer's discretion). This greatly extends the machine's durability while reducing the risk of contamination of the ground pipe. The working range includes OD min. 6 mm - OD max. 154 mm approx.

Also available in the column version, for diameters over 400 mm or for those applications where there is not enough room to house a traditional deburring machine, and in the mignon version for tube diameters from 5mm to max 30mm.
