Recent orders: serving national and international clients

Cartacci recently completed the production of a 10-roll automatic straightening machine, model RDT10V5 HOT, for a major U.S. client. This machine, which is capable of processing tubes with diameters from 114 to 340 mm at 650°C, is now ready for shipment. It weighs 78 tons and measures 665 x 271 x 411 cm.

Also in the USA, the company successfully installed a straightening line, model RDT10V00, in Houston. This line is designed for stainless steel tubes with diameters ranging from 13 to 35 mm and includes automatic loading and unloading features.

In Italy, Cartacci is currently installing a straightening line, model RDT10V0, which handles tube diameters from 25 to 70 mm. The system includes automatic tube loading from 6 to 15 meters.

Furthermore, at its facility in Seriate (Bergamo), Cartacci is manufacturing two packaging lines for a key customer. These lines are designed for bundling hexagonal tube packs with diameters ranging from Ø 50 to Ø 180 mm.

Cartacci at Fabtech: ongoing collaborations and innovations

To strengthen its presence in the U.S. market, Cartacci has confirmed its participation in the Fabtech trade show in Orlando, scheduled for October 15-17.
