Newest Cartacci innovations near completion

Cartacci Tube Machinery, a company specializing in tube machinery design for more than 50 years, is pleased to present its brand-new line of equipment in stage of completion:

30 TON DRAWING MACHINE FOR STAINLESS STEEL PIPES - thanks to its long-standing experience and the attention dedicated to the specific production needs of each customer, the company has been able to build a plant complete with all the latest automation technologies, limiting any manual intervention and thus improving productivity. The machine presents a set of unique features aimed at ensuring the highest product quality while taking into account the specific characteristics required by stainless steel pipes. This system has been designed through close collaboration with an Italian customer.

RDT10V3UP HOT MODEL PIPE STRAIGHTENER - intended for processing pipes with a maximum diameter of 177.8 mm, thickness of 18.00 mm, at high temperature (650/700 °C). This pipe straightening machine will be shipped to Kazakhstan. Built with the latest innovations, it is also equipped with a sophisticated lower roll opening and closing system for straightening even “upset" drill pipes, specifically for the oil industry.



In addition to these machines, Cartacci is in the process of building 3 more packaging plants to be shipped overseas.

IMPC40SQ MODEL TUBE AND PACKAGING PLANT - with destination Mexico, the machine is specially designed for in-line packaging square, round, and rectangular pipes (max 80mm). Suitable for light and medium packs, the IMPC40SQ is also complete with a strapping system with wooden protective strip insertion and in-line draining and weighing system.

IMPC130SQ MODEL TUBE PACKAGING PLANT - this machinery is installed after the tube forming plant and is also designed for packaging square, round, and rectangular tubes and pipes, but with larger maximum dimensions: about 150 mm for heavy packages up to 5000 kg. The line is intended for the U.S. market.



IMPC168SQ MODEL TUBE PACKAGING PLANT - to be shipped to Canada, it is especially made for tubes up to about 170 mm, with packs up to 5000 kg in weight. In addition to an automatic strapping and draining-weighing station, the line features an internal pipe cleaning blowing station.
