Big news for LE.DI.CA.: new welding machine PULSEWELD 15K22 delivered

LE.DI.CA., known worldwide for welding equipment and lines for tube production, has recently unveiled an innovative new model of welding machine: the PULSEWELD 15K22 - 500 amp 100%,with a pulse frequency of 15 kHz.

The concentrated TIG arc allows for increased penetration (with the same current intensity), which makes it possible to achieve a much smoother internal weld seam with uniformity below 10% of the tube thickness.

The combination of 3 welding machines is equipped with the PTT three cathode TIG welding torch and the Plasma+TIG tilting torched, also by LE.DI.CA, which allow the operator to weld any type of material.

The latest installation was commissioned by AKRAPOVIC, a well-known company in the motorcycle muffler production industry, which was able to achieve excellent results with a significant improvement in quality, speed, and production efficiency.
