LE.DI.CA., a reputable company with over 30 years of expertise in developing solutions for manufacturing welded pipes, is delighted to inform about the delivery of a brand-new welding machine. The new plant comes equipped with an internal welding torch and camera.

The TIG welding system with cold wire feeding and inside torch is particularly suitable for removing inclusions, while the equipped camera ensures accurate welding process monitoring. The installed magnetic arc oscillator is responsible for accurately spreading the heated weld bead produced by the torch.

Designed for processing ASTM 358 CLASS 1 pipes, the plant is ideal for pipelines and operates with both external and inside welding.

This type of plant allows for continuous production of large-diameter and thick-walled tube profiles.
