Bending and forming: more control with the Easy Programming 4 software

OMCG's Easy Programming software has always been recognized as one of the most versatile and simplest to use in the market.

The new Easy Programming 4 gives a tremendous boost in this direction, providing clients with a robust system with many tools for optimizing parts execution, import-export of 3D files, 3D simulation, collision check, parametric adjustments (useful to integrate with 3D measurement systems), sharing of process parameters and KPIs to improve production tracking and increase productivity.

It is based on an Industrial PC that communicates over high-speed Ethernet network with the CNC and the servo drives which are directly connected to the servomotors in a full digital loop.
All servomotors have feedback from absolute encoders with no need for homing procedure at start-up, allowing for a great reduction of start-up time.

Last, but not least, the axis control system has intrinsic Safety Certification, making OMCG equipment one of the safest in the market.
Easy Programming 4 is fully compliant with Industry 4.0 requirements.
