SAET EMMEDI to forge new alliance with historical hot-forging expert and unveil innovative solution

The EuroForge Fair in September 2022 served as a pivotal hub for SAET EMMEDI, providing a prime opportunity to engage with both existing customers and numerous new contacts. This industry event not only worked as a platform for showcasing SAET EMMEDI's products and services, but also as a dynamic space for fostering connections within the business-forging community.

During this event, a significant initial contact was established between SAET EMMEDI and an excellent Italian Company in the forging and extrusion industry, A.C.S.A. Steel Forgings Spa. This encounter marked the beginning of a potentially fruitful collaboration, highlighting the fair's role as a catalyst for meaningful business relationships.

The primary objective of the new lead was to identify a reliable partner for the forging of round and square pieces. Their specific requirements included an extended dimensional range and heightened productivity.



The focus on efficiency, precision, and adaptability to different shapes and sizes in the forging process is reflected in a strategic emphasis on optimizing their forging operations to meet industry standards and demands.

The customer recognized the value in SAET EMMEDI’s solution, the DynaZone modular system for variable production rates where the power of each heating section can be controlled independently, changing the heating profile, according to the production needs.

SAET EMMEDI's flexibility in meeting the client's needs was particularly noteworthy, along with the customized solution of the Bin Picking.

Despite various constraints and specific requests, the solution was refined and tailored to align with the client's unique requirements. This collaboration with the new client also established a solid foundation, highlighting efficiency, precision, and adaptability as key factors in the partnership between the two companies.
